The agreement between you (referred below as customer) and Giri Trading Agency Private Limited, shall be subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. These terms and conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings, or agreements and shall prevail notwithstanding any variance with any other terms of any order submitted.

2. All prices, unless indicated otherwise are in Indian Rupees.

3. The shipping and freight cost are extra and it depends on the weight of the parcel and the place of the destination. Customer will bear the Transaction Charges which is inclusive of Service Tax levied by CC Avenue on the Company for processing online payments.

4. All prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of Giri Trading Agency Private Limited

5. All sales are against 100% payment in advance whether the products are ready or made to order.

6. Any request for cancellations of orders, for which the payment is made, shall not be entertained.

7. Once the payment is made against an invoice, the shipping address cannot be changed

8. The process of delivery of items will start only after realization of payment(by cheque or by credit card/net banking) into our Bank account. Realization of payment might take sometime (as long as 1 week for credit card/net Banking payments and more than a week for cheque payments depending on the location of the bank).

Delivery period for Different products:

• Music CDs & cassettes, Books and gift products weighing < = 1 Kg will be delivered within 1- 4 weeks subject to availability of all products if the user opts for courier service.

• Brass & Temple products will be according to the type of each product ordered, depending on the time period it takes to make the product. The making and delivery period will be fixed by Giri Trading Agency Private Limited, and intimated to customer by email.

9 Giri Trading Agency Private Limited is not liable for any charges that may be levied at the destination whether in India or overseas.

10. Giri Trading Agency Private limited reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is unavailable or undeliverable under unforeseen conditions. In the event Giri Trading Agency Private Limited has processed the payment, the same shall be credited to your credit card account and duly notified to you by email.

11. All products are duly screened and assured by us ensure that the products are of the standard quality that they represent. In no event shall Giri Trading Agency Private Limited, its directors, officials, representatives and employees be liable for any damages relating to products delivered.

12 All communications to customers are through email only. Giri Trading Agency Private Limited is not responsible for any information not reaching the customer due to invalid email address of customer or due to server error.

13. In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by you (i.e. wrong name or address) any extra cost incurred by Giri Trading Agency Private Limited, for redelivery shall be claimed from the User placing the order.

14. In a credit card transaction, customer must use his/her own credit card. Giri Trading Agency Private Limited will not be liable for any credit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will be on the customer and the onus to 'prove otherwise' shall be exclusively on the customer.

15. Disputes if any, would be subject to Chennai jurisdiction only
